The second part took place on August 6th. The formal demonstration included spectacular Lion and Dragon dances as well as performances by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, Sifu Jason Wong, instructors from Doc-Fai Wong Martial Arts Center, sifu from White Dragon, Easternways, Golden Lion, Plum Blossom Choy Li Fut Kung Fu School, the Xiao Mei Hua Kung Fu School of Ladispoli Italy, and Sifu Evelina Lengyel and Sihing Andrew and Sihing Josh representing the Concord Kung Fu Academy.

Performances included single and two-person fighting and weapon sets, including Broadsword vs. Spear, Kwan-do vs. Double Broadsword, Three-section staff vs. Spear, the Tiger Trident form, Butterfly Knives, the Drunken form and others. The finale was Great Grandmaster performing an awesome staff form. In group pictures we were honored by the presence of the family of Chan Yen, teacher to Great Grandmaster Wong Gong.
